All sessions are held virtually through Practice Better, a secure online client portal. You’re welcome here, just as you are.

Initial Nutrition Session

Our first session is a deep dive into your relationship with food, body image, health history, values, and goals. This 60-minute assessment is the foundation for our continued work together.

Follow-Up Sessions

Ongoing sessions are where real transformation happens. Together, we’ll explore challenges, build sustainable strategies, and support your journey toward food freedom and body trust. I’ll walk alongside you through the ups, downs, and everything in between. You are deserving of health, peace, and freedom. Together, we will set personal goals that will bring you to a place where you can confidently choose the contents of your plate - foods that help nourish all parts of you - mind, body, and soul.


Coaching for Mindful Living & Self-Connection

Launching September 2025

This offering is for individuals seeking to deepen their connection to self outside of a clinical nutrition framework. These sessions are rooted in mindfulness, intuitive living, and radical self-compassion.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Rebuilding trust in your inner voice

  • Daily practices to anchor into the present moment

  • Living in alignment with your body’s natural rhythms

  • Tools for self-regulation and emotional awareness

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or nutrition counseling but a complementary space for growth and embodiment.
